2 ripe avocados 1 small onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 2 green chilies, chopped 2 red chilies, chopped juice of 1 lime salt, pepper some cilantro leaves, chopped
Cut each avocado in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add the onion, chillies, tomato and cilantro and stir with a fork until well mixed. Season to taste with lime juice and salt. Add coriander leaves and serve.
